A Deep, Grounded, and Transformative Learning Experience
This is a study immersion for practitioners who want to understand why we practice yoga and how Yoga & Ayurveda work together to create real balance in everyday life.
Across five immersive days, you’ll explore asana, pranayama, meditation,
philosophy, and Ayurveda through the lens of the Five Elements:

Each day builds progressively, offering both intellectual clarity and embodied experience. Guided by teachers from Samyak Yoga (India) and Mindloom Yoga (Europe), You will learn to observe patterns, understand your constitution, refine your practice, and choose techniques that genuinely support your well-being.
By the end of the program, you’ll have a deeper understanding of your Prakriti, your current imbalances, and how to build a daily practice that sustains
clarity, vitality, and inner steadiness.
Includes a 30-hour Yoga Alliance certificate.
